This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, free trials, and subscription payments are handled for BonjourAI Coach.

By purchasing a subscription or using a free trial, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Free Trial

BonjourAI Coach may offer an introductory free trial for eligible new users.

The free trial is intended to allow users to evaluate the Platform before purchasing a subscription.

Only one free trial may be used per eligible user unless otherwise stated by BonjourAI Coach.

Creating multiple accounts or using other methods to obtain additional free trials is prohibited.

3. Subscription Plans

BonjourAI Coach currently offers:

• Free Trial (where available)
• Monthly Subscription
• Yearly Subscription

Subscription prices, features, and availability may change over time. Any price changes will not affect an active subscription until the next renewal unless required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Future renewals will stop.
• Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for payments that have already been processed.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Examples where a refund may be approved include:

• Duplicate charges.
• Incorrect billing due to a technical error.
• Continued billing after a verified cancellation caused by a system error.
• Extended inability to access paid features due to a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable period.

Each request is reviewed individually.

6. Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
• Partial use of a subscription.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated educational feedback when the Platform functioned as intended.
• Failure to use the subscription during the billing period.
• Account suspension resulting from violations of the Terms of Service.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.

Provide:

• Your account email address.
• Date of the charge.
• Amount charged.
• Description of the issue.

We will investigate the matter and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider.

BonjourAI Coach does not store complete payment card information.

Payment processing is also subject to the terms and policies of the payment provider.

9. Educational Programs

Some users may receive Premium access through an approved educational institution, academy, organization, or promotional arrangement.

Refund eligibility for those users may depend on the agreement between BonjourAI Coach and the educational organization that provided access.

10. Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was made in error, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of access while the matter is investigated.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Changes become effective when published on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
