1. Welcome

Welcome to BonjourAI Coach. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BonjourAI Coach website, software platform, applications, AI-powered educational services, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using BonjourAI Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

2. About BonjourAI Coach

BonjourAI Coach is an AI-powered language learning platform that provides educational tools including writing correction, speaking feedback, grammar practice, vocabulary exercises, progress tracking, and teacher-supported learning.

BonjourAI Coach is operated by BonjourHub, a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or use the Platform under the supervision or authorization of a parent, guardian, school, or educational institution where required by applicable law.

You agree that the information you provide during registration is accurate and kept up to date.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your password secure.
• Notify BonjourAI Coach immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.

You may not share or transfer your account without our permission.

5. Educational Purpose

BonjourAI Coach is designed to support language learning.

The Platform provides educational tools and AI-assisted feedback but does not replace qualified teachers, official examinations, professional tutors, or accredited educational institutions.

6. Artificial Intelligence

BonjourAI Coach uses artificial intelligence to generate educational feedback.

AI responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incorrect suggestions.

You understand and agree that:

• AI feedback is educational assistance only.
• You remain responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.
• BonjourAI Coach does not guarantee exam scores, certifications, immigration outcomes, employment opportunities, or language proficiency levels.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to recreate the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest Platform content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to violate the rights of others.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the original writing and audio you submit.

By submitting content to BonjourAI Coach, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, display, and analyze your submissions solely to provide Platform functionality, educational services, technical support, security, and service improvement where permitted by law.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload.

9. Teacher and Educational Accounts

Teachers and authorized educational organizations may access student information that is necessary to provide educational services, including assignments, progress, AI feedback, and related learning activity.

Teachers are responsible for using student information appropriately and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Free Trial

BonjourAI Coach may offer a free trial for eligible users.

Trial availability, duration, eligibility, and included features may change at any time.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials is prohibited.

11. Paid Subscriptions

BonjourAI Coach may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans.

Subscription pricing, features, and availability may change over time.

Certain educational partners may provide Premium access to eligible learners as part of an approved educational program.

12. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges according to your selected plan until cancellation.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous charges unless required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

BonjourAI Coach, including its software, design, branding, user interface, educational materials, AI workflows, graphics, logos, trademarks, and related content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform.

15. Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to BonjourAI Coach but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect access.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to compromise Platform security.
• Misuse AI services.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Engage in conduct that harms other users or the Platform.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BonjourAI Coach and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

18. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, or replace features of BonjourAI Coach at any time.

We may also update these Terms as the Platform evolves.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction in British Columbia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
